Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how cancellations work at TINION:

🔄 Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
• To cancel, email us at support@tinion.in with your order ID and subject line “Cancellation Request”.

🚚 After Dispatch

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• You may raise a return request as per our Return Policy.

💳 Refund on Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
• No cancellation charges apply if the product hasn’t shipped.
