Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just add your favorite figures to cart and checkout using secure payment options (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking).
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Email us with the order ID.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: You’ll get a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Q: Are your products original?
A: All TINION figures are made with premium materials and original designs. Some are inspired by famous franchises and characters (styled interpretations, not licensed replicas).
Q: Are your toys safe for kids?
A: Yes, we use eco-friendly PVC and avoid sharp or toxic components. However, we recommend supervision for kids below 5 years.
Q: Can I use the figures as cake toppers?
A: Absolutely! They’re perfect for decorations, parties, and gifts.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Usually 2–5 days in metro cities and 5–8 days in other areas.
Q: Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
A: Not yet, but we are working to enable COD very soon.
Q: What if the product arrives damaged?
A: Please take photos and email us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a return or replacement.

Q: Is your payment system secure?
A: Yes. All payments are encrypted and handled by Razorpay, a trusted Indian gateway.
