TINION aims to offer a hassle-free return and refund experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Return
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Return Process
Email us at support@tinion.in with:
- Order ID.
- Photos of the product showing the issue.
Our team will verify and approve your return.
A reverse pickup will be scheduled if eligible.
Refund Process
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- You’ll be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-shipping, you will need to raise a return request.
