TINION aims to offer a hassle-free return and refund experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Return

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Return Process

Email us at support@tinion.in with:

  • Order ID.
  • Photos of the product showing the issue.

Our team will verify and approve your return.

A reverse pickup will be scheduled if eligible.

Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • You’ll be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-shipping, you will need to raise a return request.
